1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "the Member," or "you") and 356jl ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the 356jl online casino and sports betting platform, available at 356jl.cam and any related subdomains or mobile-optimized versions thereof (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a 356jl account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published by 356jl, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and individual Game Rules.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a 356jl account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 356jl account at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 356jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering a 356jl account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details as requested during the registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You undertake to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

356jl is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals and in connection with ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to provide, upon request, a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and any other documentation that 356jl may reasonably require to complete verification. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 356jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 356jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. 4. Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on the 356jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits may be made using the approved payment methods available on the Platform at any given time, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major international credit and debit cards (Visa / Mastercard), subject to availability and applicable processing conditions.

The minimum deposit amount at 356jl is ₱100, unless otherwise specified in connection with a particular promotion. 356jl does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which 356jl accepts no responsibility.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you and that you are the authorized user of that payment instrument. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 356jl may only be made to a payment method that is registered under the same name as the 356jl account holder. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 356jl is ₱200. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically settle within 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–5 business days depending on banking schedules. 356jl Black Diamond VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

356jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where identity verification has not been fully completed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while an active bonus is in progress unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

356jl may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to its members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your 356jl account in accordance with the terms of each specific offer and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, welcome bonuses and sign-up promotions are available to new 356jl members only, limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device.
• 356jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Any wagering or participation in 356jl promotions that is found to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms may result in the forfeiture of any bonus or winnings derived from such activity and the suspension of the member's account.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements until those requirements are cleared, at which point the net amount becomes available for withdrawal.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 356jl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are the theoretical long-term return across all wagers and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

By participating in any game on the 356jl Platform, you acknowledge and accept that the outcome of each game round is determined solely by the game's certified RNG system. 356jl does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes on behalf of any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 356jl's records shall be the definitive authority on the outcome of any disputed game round. The Company is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 356jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with 356jl.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

356jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period.
• A request by the account holder for self-exclusion under the 356jl Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, subject to any applicable dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 356jl reserves the right to withhold any balance, including real-money funds and bonus credits, pending investigation. Legitimate funds held in a verified account that is closed for non-breach reasons will be returned to the member via the original deposit method.

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

Where statutory rights cannot be excluded, 356jl's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 356jl account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use, and processing of your personal data by 356jl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a 356jl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, which cannot be resolved amicably between the parties, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 356jl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
